Recreation classes for girls Ages 5–12
Our Recreational Gymnastics program offers 1-hour and 1.5-hour classes for girls ages 5–12. Athletes learn skills on all four Olympic events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. This is a non-competitive program.
New families: Please fill out a Free Trial form and complete a class before enrolling.
Class Levels
Beginner
Introduction to gymnastics fundamentals. No prior experience needed.
Intermediate
Building on foundational skills with more complex combinations.
Advanced
Developing competition-level skills for athletes ready to progress.
