At DSG, we believe the whole athlete matters — not just their gymnastics performance. Our wellness policy promotes physical health, emotional well-being, and a positive relationship with sport and body image.

We encourage open communication between athletes, parents, and coaches. Any concerns about an athlete's physical or emotional health are taken seriously and addressed with care and confidentiality.

DSG coaches are trained to recognize signs of physical and emotional distress and to respond with empathy and appropriate support. We are committed to creating an environment where every gymnast feels safe, valued, and respected.
