Learn About Xcel Team
Xcel is a program that allows your gymnast to compete earlier in their development and has less demanding training hours.
Our philosophy is to train efficiently and effectively during our practice hours. We believe children's young growing bodies should not have to endure long hours of training and children should be well rounded. We encourage kids to try other activities and we strongly believe in family time! Our team program has been successful for 45 years with this philosophy. We have many kids participate in state, regional and national championships every year. We also have had over 36 athletes that have participated in NCAA college gymnastics through athletic and academic scholarships.

Optional Travel Meet: For our travel meet this year, we will be headed to Nashville for Nashville Nights at the Gaylord Opryland February 4-7th.
This meet is optional and is open to levels Silver through Sapphire.

Summer 2026 Team Camps
Mark your calendars, team camp is back! After many years we have decided to bring team camps back home to DSG. We will run 3 camps, one for each level of team. We encourage all athletes to attend as they tend to learn a lot and develop strong bonds with their teammates!
