Free Trial Checklist

  • Upon arrival, please check in with the office to sign the Trial Waiver Form.
  • Please bring your child in a leotard or form fitting clothing with their hair tied back.
  • Please bring a water bottle for your child.
  • At the end of class check back in the office to discuss registration/parent portal information/ and any questions you may have.
